Material flows in a small column and is precisely directed from up to 2 mm above the surface. The small diameter of the column results in dimensionally small wet-out areas as the material is focused near the component edge and quickly wicks under the device once it contacts the substrate.
High flow rates exceed other technologies
WebFlow technology results in high flow rates that exceed other technologies. For you, this means increased output at a lower system cost.
Repeatability data gathered internally during testing and customer trials show +/- 3% or better. When calibrated with the integrated Process Calibration System, WebFlow yields consistent results over a wide range of material viscosities.
