For applications requiring the use of ultraviolet (UV) cure material, the UV Light Cure Station provides multiple advantages:
- Allows both dispense and cure operations on the same dispensing system.
- Can be configured into any GPD Global dispenser for one or two types of dispense material.
- Has both spot cure and focused linear beam (shown in photo) capabilities. Different widths of linear beam are available in a custom-configured diffuser block, typically 1/2" to 4" wide.
- Increases production efficiency and decreases the need for additional capital equipment and floor space by incorporating curing and dispensing on the same platform.
- Increases process flexibility since the UV Light Cure Station can be used by any combination of prototyping and high-mix processing programs.
