Taper-Lock

GPD Global's Taper-Lock is a tool-less mounting hardware for dispensing valves. The Taper-Lock guarantees secure alignment and installation, contributing to highly repeatable dispensing.

The Taper-Lock allows the operator to easily lock the dispensing valve in place or quickly release it with the push of a lever, while providing secure and stable mounting. By pushing a single lever, the operator can either lock the valve in place or release the valve for maintenance or changeover without any additional tools.

The Taper-Lock can be fitted to any GPD Global dispensing system, and the corresponding adaptor block is attached to all dispensing valves and tools. This provides the same method and hardware for each changeover.
