The Stamping Well provides a means of placing precision patterns and quantities of a desired material onto a substrate with the use of an appropriately shaped stamp tool. This stamp transfer process provides a precision layer of silver epoxy or silver paste material for Die-Attach applications; for Flip Chip applications, it provides a precision layer of flux.

When used on one of GPD's multifunctional DS Series Dispensers, a single Stamping Well system can be used with a combination of three valves and/or stamp tools.
