Production Ready!
The GPD Global MiniMax is a compact, high accuracy dispense system designed for today’s advanced applications. The frame is molded from “liquid rock” which gives the system a stable platform for accurate positioning and high-speed production.
The MiniMax has been configured for those applications where a single valve is enough, but high accuracy and repeatability are required. The system is configured with a single, tool-less Taper-Lock mounting position that allows the operator to remove the valve without the need for tools. Any of the valves and tools that GPD offers may be operated on this platform. Additionally, GPD Global's innovative Micro-Dot valve and LX Auger valve both incorporate a tool-less design, making cleaning and change-over a snap. The Micro-Dot valve is capable of dispensing a wide range of material in very accurate, small volumes; materials include solder pastes, conductive adhesives and underfills, to name a few.
GPD offers many innovative features that ensure a process is done with confidence. Some key features are: Automatic X,Y,Z calibration (no operator intervention required), needle cleaner, computer controlled syringe air pressure, Contour Mapping, FLOware operating software and single, quick change valve capability.
