Backlit calibration creates better definition for more accurate vision alignment
The Backlit Calibration Station provides precise vision alignment prior to dispense. This feature eliminates ghosting from dispensed dots and eliminates dot sheen when calibrating materials with reflective properties, resulting in a more accurate dispense outline for the vision alignment system calibration.
Backlit calibration can also be combined with topside lighting for additional alignment control. A continually refreshed calibration area is also made possible by an auto feed paper system.
